Black Currant Tea combines the strength and vigorousness of an Orange Pekoe black tea with the flavor and nutrients of black currants and black currant leaves. With a handsome dark golden cup color, this infusion is rich in iron and potassium. With mild fruity notes, the natural sweetness of the currants fills the cup with explosive taste!

Tea brewing instructions - Start with cold, fresh water. 

Preheat teapot. Cooling of the water results in weak brew. 

Use approximately 2 grams per 8 ounces water. 

Use 1/2 oz. tea leaves per quart. For Tea, steep 4 minutes. 

Brew Herbal Teas (TISANES) as black teas, with water to rolling boil. 

Pour OVER Tea or Herbal. DO NOT BOIL botanicals when making tea. 

Use discretion and taste to produce a brew-strength equal to 2 grams per 8 ounces water.
